Directions for preparing

Each tea bag is to be added to (1) gallon of water. The bags are easily identified by color. The white bags are our original flavor & can be consumed by either gender. The natural or tan bags are our Kamaya goat weed which is strictly for men and assist with testosterone and prostate health.

(1) Set stove to medium

(2) Pour 1 gallon of water into pot

(3) Add tea bag into pot

(4) Simmer on medium for 1 hr

(5) Allow to cool

(6) Remove tea bag for disposal

(7) Transfer contents into a suitable 1 gallon container storage

Kamaya Essential Tea can be consumed hot or cold however it requires refrigeration for storage. We recommend that you don’t add any citrus to storing containers because it will affect the shelf life adversely however it can be added for consumption.

I recently tried Kamaya Essentials Tea due to some inflammation and throbbing pain in my knees. After a couple weeks of drinking this tea I have a lot of more movement and less pain. I would definitely recommend this Tea for everyone looking at a more holistic approach.
